Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blay to the Grave. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Blay to the Grave is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
