Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blay to the Grave. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Undergarments or items marked “Final Sale”

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at blaytothegrave@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still need assistance, contact us at blaytothegrave@gmail.com.
